Diaphragm pump flow adjustment and maintenance

1, the aging of the pump valve check ring should be paid attention to deformation, spring force is severely reduced, valve and valve core presence of wear, corrosion and other defects, the valve face when installation should and flange of the pump body and flat, not hollow;
2, diaphragm replacement, dismantling the pump head should be lift in advance, prevent damage of falling;
3, regulating mechanism to calibration when disassembling stroke length position (5 mm) for stroke length, remove scale, scale will ring sliding into position calibration, measurement of stroke length should be exactly the same as that of a scale;
4, the piston is disassembled, with a special pointed tool remove the packing ring from its groove, be careful not to damage the ring groove.
Be examined at 5, worm, worm gear, the tooth should be intact, there should be no cracks or broken teeth, when installation should check meshing contact situation.
