1, the welding process and specifications.With large current, fast welding, such as single-layer welding and straight forward, easy to cause the technological method of welding stress would lead to produce hot crack.Therefore, when conditions permit, should try to use small current, welding, in order to reduce the tendency of hot crack.Artifacts of welded structure stiffness is bigger, often adopt the method of preheating.Preheating on the one hand can reduce the cooling rate, reduce the tensile stress in the process of cooling, on the other hand also can improve the crystallization condition, reduce the inhomogeneity on the chemical and physical.Preheat temperature according to the chemical composition of steel and the size of the structure stiffness and decide.Steel grade carbon content is higher, other alloying elements, the more work the stiffness, the greater the requires preheating temperature is higher.
2, welding sequence.The same welding material and welding performance specification, if different welding sequence, produce hot cracking tendency are also different.The reason is the welding sequence different result in different welding stress.Should adopt reasonable welding sequence minimize welding stress.
