Several causes of enamel reactor damage

(a) static puncture: enamel reaction kettle with suspended solids mixing liquid inside, suspended solids and enamel strong friction, suspended matter itself also produce friction, thus produced a large number of electrostatic charge, high static charges on the enamel strongly piercing, resulting in enamel pitting, thus stirring speed shoulds not be too fast.
(2) thermal stress damage: enamel reaction kettle by 900 ℃ high temperature roasting, enamel with bonding steel plate after cooling.Due to the linear expansion coefficient of enamel and elongation rate is less than steel, so the cooling of glass lining deformation after less than the deformation of the steel plate, enamel will produce a compressional stress constraint by steel plate.Made of enamel reaction kettle, the glass lining is compressive stress, while the plate is tensile stress.
